Pitchfork Ranch is located in Matagorda county just south of Bay City. In addition to cattle, the ranch raises registered Quarter Horses with Foundation bloodlines out of many of the legends such as Doc Bar, Cutter Bill, Sugar Bars, The Ole Man, King, Leo, Colonel Freckles, and Blue Valentine. Our stallion is Hancock Blue Heir, a blue roan that is a great grandson of Blue Valentine on both sides.
